Advantages of an ‘Exclusive Listing’
Some owners think that it is best not to grant exclusive listings in order have more options to promote their property but specialists say that ‘’non-exclusive’’ limit the promotion in specialized paid media and minimize the enthusiasm of the broker and its agents.
An agent who represents an exclusive property has a commitment and responsibility with the owner to achieve a successful sale as quickly as possible and an ‘Exclusive Listing’ justifies an investment budget for advertising and becomes a priority for the Real Estate agency. Nobody invests in publicity for a "non-exclusive listing’’, but an ‘Exclusive Listing’ will always be promoted as a priority with a proper budget.
What does an ‘exclusive listing agreement’ mean?
A real estate exclusive listing agreement in Mexico consists of the promotion of your property by one real estate agency only, which will be the only one authorized to market it through all of the correct channels, networks and media available.
